The project's mission is to create opportunities for young cultural managers and film educators to implement their own projects, provide them with knowledge and skills, build a sense of agency, and improve their competences. Considering the project's successes, the feedback received from its participants, and the diagnosis of needs among the youth collaborating with FILMFORUM, the following objectives have been defined: - encouraging youth to actively participate in the democratic life of Europe by shaping their sense of agency and the power of cooperation. - raising youth awareness of common European values through active engagement within an organization that adheres to the quality standards of the Erasmus+ Youth program. - developing media literacy skills among youth, with a particular focus on the conscious reception and creation of audiovisual content/communication. - initiating a dialogue between youth and decision-makers through audiovisual education activities.
