Objectives

The project aims to provide a learning environment where young people can understand and explore the relationship between mental health and rural spaces, promoting strategies that enhance both individual and collective well-being. The initiative seeks to equip participants with practical tools to strengthen their emotional resilience, encourage self-care, and foster a community-based approach to mental health, recognizing the potential of natural spaces and local support networks. One of the main objectives of the project is to empower participants to identify challenges related to mental health and develop solutions adapted to their realities. Through non-formal education methodologies, interactive activities will be implemented, allowing young people to experience well-being and self-care practices while exploring ways to transform rural environments into active resources for mental health. Another key aspect of the project is raising awareness about the importance of mental well-being, encouraging participants to become agents of change in their communities. The project aims to demystify mental health issues by promoting open discussions and fostering initiatives that support mutual care and reduce stigma. Additionally, the project seeks to contribute to the development of essential youth work skills, such as leadership, effective communication, critical thinking, and teamwork. By implementing immersive activities in rural settings and creating an interactive digital campaign, the project encourages participants to reflect on the importance of mental health and explore innovative ways to use rural environments as spaces for well-being.
