Through this project, we aim to modernise VET curricula and methods and also to internationalise our school by upskilling teachers and increasing the employability of learners with SEN. O1: strengthen the competences of 4 teachers in adapting VET tasks through job-shadowing. O2: train 3 teachers in using AI for modern VET activities. O3: develop the professional skills of 6 VET learners through international traineeship. The project reinforces EU values and inclusion.
We applied for this project because our needs analysis revealed major challenges in preparing VET learners with SEN for socio-professional integration: limited practical skills, reduced access to real VET placements, lack of exposure to green and digital practices, and teachers’ need to better manage diversity and adapt tasks in APP. Erasmus+ mobilities provide a coherent, European and sustainable transformation of vocational training.
