We are applying to achieve three main objectives during the 2026-2027 period: 1. Develop technical and practical skills for 16 students through individual mobility in the automotive industry, in accordance with EU standards; 2. Strengthen technical English and intercultural competences for 16 students through international work-based learning placements; 3. Develop the competencies of 2 teachers in digital monitoring to improve the practical training of the 16 participating students.
We are applying to offer our students at the "Technological High School of Transports" in Ploiești the opportunity to develop their skills in automotive mechanics and electrics, improve their technical English, and teamwork. We aim to support disadvantaged learners and modernize the curriculum to European standards, enhancing their employability in the automotive sector by ensuring formal recognition through Europass Mobility, and fostering international collaboration and lifelong learning.
