Objectives

We aim to equip 14 VET learners with job-ready competences in EV/hybrid maintenance, safety awareness and digital diagnostics through a two-week placement in Greece. We will also upskill 2 teachers through job shadowing and transfer results into updated workshop tasks, assessment tools and mobility quality procedures, ensuring inclusive participation and sustainable impact.

Background

LTAM are applying because the automotive sector is rapidly shifting to hybrid and electric mobility, while our learners have limited access to modern EV-related equipment and real workplace workflows. Mobility placements in Greece will help close this skills gap, motivate learners (including those with fewer opportunities), and strengthen our capacity to deliver greener, more digital and labour-market-relevant VET.
