Through the implementation of this project, we aim to develop practical competences for 28 students in the IT and economic fields, increase employability and labour market integration, modernise the curriculum through PBL methods and up-to-date technologies by involving 2 teachers in job-shadowing activities, and strengthen European partnerships for relevant and sustainable vocational education and trainining
We applied for this project to reduce the gap between theoretical training and real labour market requirements in the IT and economic fields. The needs analysis highlighted insufficient practical competences, limited partnerships, and the need to update the curriculum. VET mobilities provide students and teachers with European practical experience, increase employability, and modernise vocational education within our school.
