Objectives

Our school aims to modernise vocational education by integrating sustainable digital practices, applied AI competences and accessibility-focused development into real workplace contexts. Through international internships, we seek to strengthen students’ technical expertise, inclusive design skills and professional autonomy, ensuring equal participation, support for learners with disabilities, and preparedness for rapidly evolving technological environments and industry expectations.

Background

Liceul Teoretic „Nicolae Bălcescu” Medgidia is applying for this project in order to address the identified gap between theoretical preparation and the real demands of the rapidly evolving IT sector. The project will support the development of sustainable, inclusive and practically applicable digital competences, enhancing students’ employability, professional realisation and adaptability to technological change, innovation processes and European labour market expectations.
