Through this project we aim to develop UI/UX competences and remote work skills through practical placements in IT organisations in Italy and Greece. Students will gain experience in a real professional environment, improve foreign language communication, cultural adaptability and soft skills such as autonomy and time management. At institutional level, the project supports the inclusion of disadvantaged learners, school internationalisation and improved quality of vocational training.
The project was initiated to strengthen the practical dimension of training for upper-secondary IT students, who lack real work experience in the IT field. Through placements in Italy and Greece, students develop UI/UX and remote work skills aligned with digital labour market needs. The acquired competences are valorised through digital products promoting the Beiuș area, supporting professional development, transition to the labour market and active community involvement.
