Through this project, we aim to support the professional development of students and teachers by providing relevant European learning experiences. Students will gain electro-mechanical, mechanical and language skills, improving their employability. Teachers will explore modern methods through training and job shadowing, contributing to the alignment of the VET educational process with European standards.
We applied for this project because we believe that the professional development of students in technical education must be supported through the continuous training of teachers. The mobility offers a valuable opportunity for this process, having two essential directions: students will benefit from internships in European companies, working with advanced technologies, and teachers will participate in job shadowing, exploring modern methods to adapt the teaching process to European standards.
