Objectives

Through this project we aim to respond to a real need identified among young people: the lack of awareness and practical skills related to maintaining a healthy, balanced and sustainable lifestyle. Although young people want to look good, be appreciated and be successful, health often comes last, due to the fast pace of life, school pressure, daily stress and social influences. Many adopt unhealthy habits without realizing their long-term impact on physical and emotional health. A healthy lifestyle does not only mean a balanced diet, but also constant physical activity, conscious breathing, adequate hydration, sufficient and quality rest, emotional balance, stress control, authentic and meaningful relationships, giving up vices, all closely related to protecting the environment. The project does not only aim to transmit information about health, but also to develop life skills, critical thinking, personal responsibility and autonomy in decision-making. The general objective is to develop healthy behaviors that contribute to improving health among young people. Specific objectives: Raising awareness of the importance of the 7 pillars in maintaining health for 30 young people from Romania, Italy and Spain. Increasing by 30% the level of nutritional education for 30 young Romanians, Italians and Spaniards for 9 days. Facilitating the development of healthy and sustainable lifestyle routines and habits for 30 young people, for 9 days. Promoting a healthy and sustainable lifestyle among young people from 3 communities. Improving intercultural dialogue and social inclusion for 30 young Romanians, Spanish and Italians, for 9 days.
