The main goal of the From Web2 to Web3 Careers project is to increase the employability of young people by developing applied digital skills and facilitating their transition toward a digitized labor market. From a youth work perspective, we aim to provide a non-formal learning framework where young people move from passive technology consumption to a strategic and professional use of online tools. The specific objectives of the project are: - Improving Web2 skills for the 35 participants through the creation of a solid online professional identity, strategic job searching, and the use of digital platforms. - Increasing the level of understanding of basic Web3 concepts and emerging opportunities for at least 80% of the participants. - Reducing the vulnerability of young people to fake job offers and online fraud by developing critical thinking and media literacy. - Developing intercultural and social skills through collaboration in international teams and the use of the Youthpass tool for learning recognition. - Creating a useful product called the Digital Employability Toolkit that can be subsequently replicated by other youth workers.
