Our project is designed to provide youth workers with a sample of methods from theatre and storytelling, giving them a strong starting point for implementing them in their own work. This way, we will support the development of young people and increase their access to methods that encourage their personal growth & participation (key priority of the EU Youth Strategy). Our objectives are: ● by the end of the TC, at least 3/4 of the participants will show improved competences & basic know-how in implementing theatre & storytelling methods in their youth work (measured by pre & post-mobility surveys); ● during the TC, in groups of 3-4, participants will design and test activities on theatre and/or storytelling, documented by session plans and peer feedback; ● participants will organise at least 6 dissemination sessions using methods they learned, with their youth back home, in the first 6 months after the TC; ● participants will create at least 10 videos (reels) briefly describing some of the methods and/or practical tips for implementing them, for youth workers, and disseminate them on ASTRID's social media in the first 6 months after TC.
