Through our project, we aim to support young people from rural areas with fewer opportunities to clarify their career path and to become active actors in the dialogue with institutions that influence their transition from school to the labour market. (O1) to develop the capacity of the 5 young people in the informal group to initiate, implement and evaluate youth participation processes focused on career orientation; (O2) to increase the level of information, clarity and self-confidence of at least 250 young people (aged 15–19) regarding educational and professional options, through non-formal education and active involvement in the co-creation of Calls to Action; (O3) to strengthen the capacity of the YES organisation to facilitate structured dialogue between young people and decision-makers and to document a replicable model. The project directly contributes to EU Youth Goals #6 – Moving Rural Youth Forward, #7 – Quality Employment for All and #9 – Space and Participation for All.
