Our project aims to revitalize youth participation across the remote rural communities of the Ciuc region in Harghita County. We aim to prove that rural youth are not just passive residents, but capable partners in local decision-making. By the end of this 24-month project, we aim to establish a permanent, professional bridge between local youth organisations and the local authorities of our 7 partner communities. We aim to ensure that youth voices are heard and integrated in community development and local decision-making. The objectives are: To establish a cooperation framework and a 2-year Regional Strategic Plan by end of Phase 1; To equip 50 local youth with competencies in leadership, digital advocacy, and project management; To mobilize rural youth by launching 5 digital advocacy campaigns and 7 youth-led initiatives; To bridge the gap between youth organisations and local decision-makers.
