Through this project, we aim to transform young people’s experiences, frustrations and silences into real participation and concrete influence on public decision-making. The project creates structured spaces where young people can be “at the table”, engage in dialogue with institutions, critically analyse issues related to sexual health and harm reduction, formulate recommendations and actively contribute to decision-making processes that affect their lives. The objectives are: to develop the civic and advocacy competences of a group of 20 young people; to consult at least 200 young people from Bucharest and at least 300 at national level in order to document real experiences and needs; to involve at least 239 young people in structured dialogue with a minimum of 14 decision-makers from at least 14 public institutions; to produce youth-led advocacy outputs (manifesto, policy briefs, recommendations and letter);to ensure sustainability by integrating a youth advocacy team full-time.
