Regarding the practice of youth workers, the objective of the project is to create a network of young people who know the values and principles of the European Union and to help develop more opportunities of this type in the community, especially in the space of young people with fewer opportunities. We want to encourage non-formal education in the field of European culture, to attract as many young people as possible in a race to deepen their knowledge related to democracy, equality and the involvement of young people in the community regardless of their status and the area they belong to. The young people who have been part of this project will be young people who have had interactions with foreign cultures and with other people in Europe. They will have exchanged practices regarding the duties of a youth worker and will bring these values to the community to help promote European opportunities. They will organize interviews, surveys or even conferences to stimulate interest in this field that can provide them with valuable information regarding how the world around us works. We aim to organize at least 3 information sessions in the first 3 months of the project, presenting our journey from the idea of this project to its completion to a minimum of 60 participants. These meetings will lay the foundations for interest in democratic values in our community and will stimulate the curiosity of young people to participate in the programs offered by Erasmus+. There is a great need in the community for a group that will make visible these efforts through which young people can develop. Thus, we aim to bring to the surface these opportunities for which young people make efforts to obtain funding that will support the development and awareness of young people on the fact that regardless of their social, financial, cultural, ethnic situation, they will always have a helping hand and will be supported by community members
