We aim to strengthen staff competence in AI tools, develop two new AI workshop formats for seniors and migrants, and integrate modern digital methods into our regular activities. We will also create an internal guide for AI teaching and expand cooperation with partners by sharing our results with senior associations, migrant groups, and municipalities.
We applied because many of our adult learners—especially seniors and migrants—are asking for simple, practical introductions to AI. Our staff currently do not have enough competence to design such workshops. To remain relevant as an adult education provider, we need up-to-date digital skills and teaching methods. The mobility will help us respond to local needs and strengthen inclusion by offering accessible AI learning opportunities.
