Objectives

By implementing the project, we aim to improve our pedagogical competence and refine our ability to design and structure high-quality adult learning activities. We seek to enhance our facilitation skills, particularly in reflective and participatory learning processes. We want to deepen our understanding of diverse European adult education practices in order to integrate relevant approaches into our local context.

Background

We apply to strengthen strengthen our staff competences, international partnerships and curriculum development. We work with forest gardens, agroecology, rewilding practices and community-based transition initiatives. Land-based education is well developed in countries such as Denmark, Germany, Italy and France, but less structured within Swedish adult education. We want to learn from established European initiatives and deepen our pedagogical methods in experiential and place-based learning.
