Through experience based learning from a successful European partner, the council seeks: - Access to concrete methods for gender-inclusive recruitment and intergenerational work. - Insight into how other European interfaith platforms function as strategic democratic resources.
We are applying for this project to make the interfaith council more representative, focusing on youth and women. Currently, we lack effective methods to recruit and engage these groups. Through this European exchange, we aim to adopt new strategies to develop the council so that it better reflects the diversity of our local community and is strengthened as a democratic resource.
