We want to learn from the experiences and working methods of others in order to broaden and deepen our own knowledge of how to work with vocational education at a comprehensive level. With the help of that knowledge, together with joint reflection with others, we can develop new, qualitative ways of planning, organizing and following up the education we offer. Through the exchange of experiences and joint reflection, we also hope to contribute to others' learning about systematic quality work.
There are challenges in our work with planning, organizing and monitoring vocational education for adults. These include quality monitoring, industry collaboration and student motivation and engagement. Other actors in Sweden, such as other municipalities and education providers, share our view. We are looking for successful working methods that lead to increased goal achievement, but they are difficult to find in our local area. Therefore, we are turning to Europe to seek new knowledge.
