We want to improve the quality of workplace-based learning (APL), strengthen students’ vocational and professional skills, and give more learners access to structured international placements. The project will also develop our cooperation with Maltese host companies, improve supervision and follow-up routines, and enhance our staff’s methods for preparation, support, and assessment of students in international APL.
The RL programme is applying for continued Erasmus+ support to further develop workplace-based learning (APL) and strengthen students’ vocational skills through international placements. We have now established stable partnerships in Malta with reliable companies and committed supervisors. Continuing the project ensures quality, continuity, and long-term development for students, staff, and the organisation, while also strengthening our international network and pedagogical methods.
