The project aims to strategically develop and strengthen Campus Nynäshamn’s international capacity and focus on sustainable transition. Through international traineeships, learners in higher vocational, national higher vocational and adult vocational education will develop relevant vocational competences, sustainability knowledge and international work experience. Through job shadowing and expert exchange, staff will strengthen pedagogical competences and establish international partnerships.
Through previous KA1 projects, Campus Nynäshamn has built capacity for international mobility within higher vocational education. To meet increasing competence needs related to the sustainable transition, there is a need to further develop and broaden this work to include national higher vocational education and adult vocational education. International traineeships, job shadowing and expert exchange are tools to strengthen educational quality, relevance and long-term international partnerships.
