With this project, we want to empower adult learners to use sustainable practices and upgrade their digital skills in everyday life, as well as to co-create an inclusive learning environment. We will promote intergenerational and interinstitutional networking as a basis for creating an inclusive learning environment and experiential and collaborative learning. At the same time, we will upgrade the pedagogical, mentoring, counseling, and leadership skills of our employees.
We applied for the project because, based on a needs analysis, we aim to upgrade staff competencies in the field of sustainable, creative and inclusive education, as well as to strengthen soft skills and leadership competencies. We will achieve this by participating in structured courses with diverse content and through job shadowing. For adult learners, we want to encourage active participation, sustainable thinking, creativity, intercultural understanding, and improvement of digital knowledge.
