Through the project we aim to improve the quality of work-based learning and strengthen students’ professional, financial, digital and language competences in a real European work environment. Special emphasis is placed on functional professional English, inclusive participation of students with fewer opportunities, and the professional development of teachers through job shadowing, fully aligned with Erasmus+ quality standards.
We applied for the Erasmus+ mobility project because our local environment offers limited opportunities for high-quality and meaningful work-based learning in the economic technician programme. The project enables students to gain authentic professional experience in a European context and supports their personal and educational development, especially for learners with fewer opportunities, while contributing to the long-term development and quality improvement of the school.
