We aim to bridge the gap in digital/AI competencies and entrepreneurial spirit for our students. Key goals include providing international work experience that enhances employability and proactive attitudes. We will promote inclusion and equal opportunities for rural learners while strengthening their European identity. Additionally, we aim to enhance partnerships with foreign organisations and develop the intercultural and communication skills of both our students and staff.
We are applying for this project to empower students from rural/remote backgrounds with the independence and confidence needed for the modern labor market. We aim to bridge the gap in digital and entrepreneurial skills by focusing on AI-integrated workflows for the beauty and design sectors. By prioritising students with fewer opportunities, we foster social mobility and a proactive "solo-preneurial" mindset, transforming them into autonomous professionals and active European citizens.
