By implementing this project, we aim to empower youth workers with practical skills that will enhance the quality and innovation of their daily work with young people. Our central purpose is to bridge the gap between theory and practice in the fields of communication, group facilitation, and emotional support. The project objectives from a youth work perspective are: • Development of advanced facilitation competences We want youth workers to learn and test creative methods (visual expression, storytelling, movement) in a safe environment, which they will then use to activate and empower young people in their local communities. • Creating emotionally safe and inclusive spaces The goal is to train participants to recognize group dynamics and provide psychosocial support. This will enable them to more effectively include young people with fewer opportunities and those coming from challenging social backgrounds into their programs. • Digitalization and sustainable accessibility of resources One of the key objectives is to establish a permanent project website that will serve as an open digital archive of tested methods. This will ensure that the training results are accessible to a wide range of youth workers even after the project's conclusion. • Strengthening the international exchange of good practices We want to build a strong network of eight partner organizations that will contribute to the professionalization of youth work at the European level through the joint development of the "Express & Impress" methodology. • Promoting environmental and social responsibility Through practical examples and sustainable logistics, we want to encourage participants to integrate sustainable practices into their daily work and thus become role models for the young people they work with. With these objectives, we will provide youth workers with the tools to confidently address the modern challenges of young people, while simultaneously strengthening the capacities of their organizations to implement high-quality non-formal educational programs.
