The project empowers young Roma in Slovenia by developing their skills, confidence, and opportunities for active citizenship. It will support 70 young Roma in the areas of communication, teamwork, and digital literacy through non‑formal learning, while addressing challenges such as discrimination, early school leaving, withdrawal into harmful environments, and teenage pregnancies. The initiative will promote dialogue between young Roma, teachers, social workers, and municipal representatives to ensure that young people’s voices are heard. Families will be engaged through awareness‑raising activities on education and participation. Young Roma will create advocacy videos and an Inclusion Manifesto to inspire local and national change. Sustainability will be ensured by integrating the methods into the programmes of the MOZAIK Association and by establishing an active group of young Roma who will pass on their knowledge to peers, contributing to Erasmus+ objectives.
