The goal is for learners to gain key competences for the modern labour market and active citizenship. The project will develop their skills in social dialogue, interpreting EU legislation, and effective rights advocacy. Learners will acquire digital skills for innovative tools and AI. A key benefit is the mastery of competences for a dignified transition to retirement, supporting inclusion, diversity, and the European dimension in adult education (ADU) across regions.
NKOS submits this application for learners to gain key competences for labour market adaptation. We focus on inclusion of disadvantaged groups and strengthening the European dimension of education. The project addresses digital gaps and lack of methodologies for transition from work to retirement. By inviting EU experts, we increase adult participation in learning, developing their civic engagement, democratic participation and rights advocacy. Goal is professionalization and diversification.
