We want to increase adult participation in education, improve their language, communication and digital competences and expand the course offer with high-quality and inclusive teaching. The aim is also to strengthen KERIC's capacities through staff mobility, hosting teachers in professional development and implementing learner mobility.
KERIC has been operating in the Kysce region for 23 years, where we organize educational activities with an international dimension. We are submitting the project because in the Kysce region there is low interest among adults in education, poor language and digital skills and a limited offer of quality courses. We want to respond to frustration, prejudice and lack of opportunities by strengthening the quality of teaching, international cooperation and motivation of adults to engage in education.
