We want to improve the quality and accessibility of adult education, especially for low-skilled and disadvantaged groups. Our goal is to strengthen the professional capacities of employees, introduce inclusive and innovative methods of adult education, develop basic skills and key competencies among disadvantaged learners, and create educational opportunities for them within the framework of mobility. We also want to strengthen international cooperation and the development of the organization.
Through this project, we want to strengthen the quality and inclusiveness of adult education, especially for people with lopportunities. We are responding to the need to develop basic skills, key competencies, and improve the quality and accessibility of adult education. Through international cooperation, we want to explore good practices, gain new approaches, strengthen the professional capacities of organizations in AE, and increase the motivation of adult learners to engage in learning.
