Objectives

The objective of the project is to develop the competencies of lecturers in conflict facilitation through approaches that perceive conflict as an opportunity for learning and creative solutions. The course will provide theoretical foundations and practical training in four ways of thinking (dialectical, holistic-systemic, intuitive, hierarchical-logical) when asking questions and leading conversations, which are essential for effective conflict management in adult education.

Background

The project responds to the needs of informal education lecturers in the field of conflict facilitation. Conflict is a natural part of personal, interpersonal, and societal life and involves clarifying the positions of the actors, often accompanied by intense emotional experiences. Effective coping with conflict requires going beyond logical thinking. Mobility will provide participants with innovative training in thinking and skills for conflict resolving.
