Develop skills of 25 ZKPRK members (6 job-shadowing, 19 courses) + 5 invited experts. Strengthen Association Board capacities in strategic management and member support. Introduce innovative methods in career guidance (including connections with green, digital and inclusive guidance) into Slovak practice. Improve quality of ZKPRK’s own programmes (accredited course, Winter School, webinars). Deepen international networking and European dimension of career guidance.
