Our goal is to improve the digital and pedagogical skills of tutors who work with adults, specifically with adults with disabilities. We want to adapt successful European models of education for disadvantaged adults in the field of IT, thereby strengthening community and mutual learning. It is also important to improve the level of English of tutors so that they can work effectively with modern IT software and communicate with women.
Our goal is to build a technologically equal society where women actively participate in the technological future. We are currently expanding our target group to include adults with disabilities, so we want to use Erasmus+ mobility to increase the capacities of our employees and improve educational activities for adults with disabilities in the field of IT and continue education that responds to the changing labor market.
