The main objective of the project is to strengthen digital and green competences of VET learners and teachers. We aim to increase access to modern technologies, improve awareness of sustainable practices, and enhance teachers’ ability to use digital and interactive teaching methods. The project also aims to improve employability, motivation and the overall quality of vocational education.
We applied for this project because rapid digitalisation and the green transition are transforming the energy, electrotechnical, automotive and gas sectors, creating new skill requirements. Our school identified gaps in digital, green and practice-based competences among both teachers and learners. This project responds to these needs by supporting skills development, modernising vocational education and better aligning training with labour market expectations.
