The aim of the project is to develop students’ professional, digital and language competences through short-term international mobilities in real work environments and to strengthen teachers’ professional skills. The project focuses on linking theory with practice, increasing graduates’ employability, supporting students with fewer opportunities and systematically developing the school’s international dimension. The acquired experience will be used to modernise vocational education and training.
We are submitting this project application in order to systematically improve the quality of vocational education in the field of Business Administration and to respond to the changing demands of the labour market. Experience from mobilities implemented in 2024–2025 confirmed that short-term international placements have a strong positive impact on students’ and teachers’ professional, language and digital competences. We see this project as a key tool for linking theory with practice, etc.
