The project aims to develop students’ and teachers’ professional, digital and environmental competences through learning in real working environments. It will support innovation in vocational subjects and training, ensure equal access to mobilities, and systematically integrate sustainability, digitalisation and European values into teaching and practice.
We are applying for this project due to strong student interest in vocational mobilities, the need to strengthen links between education and real practice, and the intention to systematically develop teachers’ professional competences. Previous Erasmus+ projects confirmed a positive impact on student motivation, teaching quality and cooperation with employers. We see the project as a tool for improving the quality of vocational education.
