Objectives

During the implementation of the previous project, we identified that young people in the participating countries face very similar challenges. The economic impact of the crisis led to job losses, business closures, and the need for retraining, which negatively affected young people's motivation, self-confidence, and career decisions. For many participants, this raised doubts about the meaningfulness of their current or planned studies and future career paths. The project responds to the identified need to strengthen young people's motivation, their readiness for the labor market, and their ability to actively manage their own careers. Its goal is to develop key competencies such as creativity, flexibility, innovative thinking, self-confidence, and entrepreneurship, which are essential for success in a dynamic work environment. Through practical activities, participants will acquire skills in job searching, CV and cover letter writing, self-presentation, and communication. Simulated job interviews, mini-debates, and team tasks will contribute to the development of presentation and argumentation skills, while the creation of fictitious companies will enable participants to understand the basic principles of entrepreneurship. The knowledge gained will be further disseminated through social media, thereby increasing the impact of the project beyond the immediate group of participants. The project will contribute to increasing the employability and entrepreneurial potential of young people and strengthen their ability to adapt to changing labor market conditions. These results are particularly relevant in the context of the ongoing consequences of the pandemic, which has significantly affected the career security and direction of young people in Europe.
