The project Switch Point 2 – Elements of Participation aims to strengthen democratic culture and civic engagement among primary and secondary school students in the Nitra region. By utilizing the innovative "Four Elements" framework, we transform school parliaments into active, competent bodies that exert real influence on their school environment. Our objectives include developing leadership skills, implementing digital participatory tools for transparent voting, and fostering sustainable dialogue between students and school management. Furthermore, the project establishes a regional network for peer-to-peer learning and supports student-led initiatives focused on local ecological sustainability. Ultimately, we seek to create a lasting ecosystem where youth participation is a natural and professional part of school life.
