The project “Model of Youth Development for Employment” inviting 3 partners - 2 from Programme Countries - Poland and Romania and 1 from Partner Country from Western Balkans – Serbia, promotes high quality of youth work fostering the inclusion and internationalization of youth work and opening it up to cross-border cooperation. The main assumptions of the project are to educate youth workers from involved partner organizations about different ways of rising youth employment using different available resources, tools and mechanisms and to equip youth with competences needed for labour market by increasing European cooperation. The project is framed within a longer-term perspective and planned with a view to achieve a multiplier effect and sustainable impact. The goal of the project is to foster cooperation and exchanges in the field of youth work with emphasis on increasing youth employment between Programme Countries (Poland, Romania) and Partner Country from Balkan country (Serbia) thanks to creation and improvement partnership among organisations active in youth work to empower young people on labour market, especially to assist NEETs in an integrated way. In particular, priority will be given to improve the quality of youth work and non-formal learning as well as to promote transnational non-formal learning mobility between Programme and Partner Country, especially targeting young people with fewer opportunities, with a view to improving participants' level of competences and fostering their active participation in society thanks to creation of cooperation between Kolping youth organisations based on mobility activities. This will contribute to positive interaction between young people with different inclusion groups, regardless of their (dis)ability, socio-economic background, educational level, language spoken.Planned project activities combine innovation and complementary activities. There will be four mobility activities – 3 Mobility of youth workers in Serbia, Poland and Romania and 1 Youth Exchange in Serbia. The project is based on non-formal and informal learning methods stimulating creativity, active participation and initiative of participants. It is assumed that in every meeting will be attended equal number of participants from each country and host organization. The selection of participants will be carried out by the sending organisations. Every selection will be fair, transparent, coherent and documented. The most important added value for all partners is the opportunity to gather practices, activities and ideas by considering the thematic area and to improve them as well as learn from each other’s realities. As important result the best practice manual “Model of Youth Development for Employment - practical guide for entrepreneurship education” will be created in order to exchange best practices and ideas, with the final aim disseminating it among practitioners in the field.
