In educational part of project, during training, after having passed the process simulation and gained some basic knowledge about photography and stock photography market in the TC, the participants will dedicate a whole day during the TC to mutual brainstorming; they will prepare a draft for the Video Manual and agree on the topics to include in the Manual. Depending on the level of the skills gained in this activity, the participants will either share their knowledge in their local communities or at least spread the information about the possibilities of the photography stock market. During this time, the participants will form their own communication group (such as Facebook group chat), and from time to time, they will hold an Online group meeting (such as Skype group call) and define as a group the contents of the Video Manual but with the support and help of the experts, i.e. trainers. Therefore, the trainers will not only be responsible for providing the training itself but they will also supervise the participants during the entire activity, combine their ideas, and form the entire text of the Video Manual, as they are the most competent and experienced in the matter.Further, we will have an expert in the field of video montage who will define the standards required for the videos. Once the text and all the steps in the Manual are written in English, all the participants will get a task to translate them into their own language and to hire a sign language translator to interpret this in front of the camera following the predefined standards. After that, the videos will be accompanied with appropriate pictures. We will produce the Manual in seven different languages. The Video Manuals will be uploaded to our mutual YouTube channel where they will be available for others to use. They will also be advertised and disseminated. The participating organizations will create a specific mailing list and contact lists of institutions, organizations, schools for deaf persons and their users and members, and also make connections on social networks with deaf persons in each country. They will promote the topic by sending all the project tools, Video Manuals, project results and useful resources that can be used by deaf youth for improving their entrepreneurships.During the Evaluation, there will be deaf youth participants but also any individuals who find the Manual valuable. The latter participants will also share their opinion about the functionality and significance of the Manual, as well as their ideas about possible future improvements.
