Global Recognition Certificate network project aimed at boosting the development of an network of organisations that use the GloRe Certificate System and to increase the quality of the GloRe Certification System.Specific Outcomes:- Create e-learning and NFE tools to support the learning assessment of international volunteers and to help these organisations to create their GloRe Certificate- Create e-learning and NFE tools to train new organisations willing to join our network- Improve usability and usefulness of GloRe system for employability purposes- Enlarge the network from 8 to 14 organisations giving to all partners the competences to use the system and fulfilling its quality standards- Promote the Certification System in all countries involved to create national networks of organisations using it.Flow of the activities:The project consisted of 2 main parts:During the 1st part we had 2 international meetings, only with “Old Partners”, so called because they were already involved in the previous Capacity Building “Global Recognition”. In this phase, we created the main contents for the e-learning modules for international volunteers and we developed training methodologies and the programme used to train the new organisations of the project during the following international training. In the 2nd part we had 4 more international meetings - one online due to covid - in which we involved all the “New Partners”, having in total 7 European and 7 Latin-American partners involved in the consortium. In this phase, we developed several methodologies, tools and quality standards for the usage of the GloRe Certification System. Then, each partner also had the chance to share the results in one or more dissemination events in its country. Due to covid the project was suspended for over 1 year and some of the activities were implemented online. This change of plans led to a further development of the certification platform and to several training materials that the consortium agreed to design, which compensated the lack of in-person relations in the pandemic period with the development of many useful tools, that can be summarised as follows:- the new certification platform, implying a new certification process, a new database, several new micro-services developed etc- a new framework of 25 GloRe soft-skills, each with a name, a definition and a description, and with a detailed development of the dimensions of each soft skill, needed to design the specific e-learning modules (i.e. public speaking implies vocabulary, adaptation to the audience, rhythm when speaking etc)- 27 e-learning modules in total: one for each soft-skill (25),one module for the orientation of the volunteers. These 26 modules were addressed to both volunteers and NGO members. Moreover, we developed the module for the Technical Training, addressed specifically to NGO members (tutors and coordinators)- the new website international.glorecertificate.net - the User Guide, to be guided on the usage of the platform- the development of 4 video-tutorials, 2 for volunteers and 2 organisation staff- the project Handbook, to promote the project results to external stakeholders- the project Toolkit: this last document gathers almost all the produced resources developed in the project, and can be used as a compass to understand each of them and its function. These materials have allowed to widely promote the recognition of volunteering as a learning experience, and to provide to any interested NGO the possibility to use GloRe to certify the soft skills acquired in international volunteering experience, setting the main tools and activities needed to structure also the training of organisations and volunteers in the usage of GloRe.
