<< Background >> “UniClaD” is an Erasmus+ CBHE project, coordinated by Kauno kolegija HEI (Lithuania), bringing together more than 20 partners from Europe and Eastern Partnership countries (Ukraine, Moldova, Azerbaijan) to achieve common goals. Launched 8 new courses, developed 3 manuals: “Practical guide to creating & developing clusters”, “Management of innovation activities”, “Ecological recreation in national nature parks”. << Results >> During the project period, 8 Open Expertise Centers have been set up in Azerbaijan, Ukraine and Moldova in the fields of dairy products, IT, aquaculture, agriculture, food processing and green tourism. The established Expertise Centers operate on the basis to develop research and outsourcing activities between universities and businesses. In the long term, it is expected that these expertise centers will expand and create a whole cluster ecosystem in the regions.
