Since heritage is the label of identity of any nation, heritage education should take precedence. Having a look on heritage education in Egypt, one can safely say that its quality is no match to the eminent place and status of Egypt's rich and rather unique heritage. Despite the importance of integrating heritage into the educational process, whether formal in schools or informal in museums and heritage sites, this aspect has not received sufficient attention.
