The project aims to empower young women with transversal competences which favour their personal and professional growth, enhancing their possibility to contribute to the development of the society. To favour this process, partners have identified a path to create and test an educational programme based on NFE methodology that foresees 3 main phases. The project has 6 main activities as described separately below:1) Kick-off Meeting / APV: A meeting to formally start the project. It is an opportunity for all project team members to meet and get to know each other well. 2)Training of youth workers : This activity is a capacity building for youth workers on entrepreneurship skills and gender issues to stimulate their creativity and critical thinking and prototyping the content of the educational app.3) Local initiatives :During this phase, the participants will concretely transform what they learn into practices by using competences acquired. Participants, singularly or in team, have to propose an initiative to disseminate/multiply the content of the TC in 2 different ways: 1) realizing an activity of education based on the educational programme on the prototype of the app with girls and young women of their community; 2) start a new action for his/her personal development in one of the three areas: private, professional or civic. 4) Evaluation meeting : The main aim of the meeting is to conduct an evaluation made of two main steps:In the first part will be done an internal evaluation of the local initiatives implemented. The second part will be dedicated to use all the feedback to finalize the educational programme and prepare all the input to terminate the online app.5) Final event ( conference ): The event will be a conference which will involve different stakeholders such as representatives of the formal education system (universities, schools), local authorities, representatives of third sector organizations, representatives of enterprises. The final conference will be an occasion to reflect on entrepreneurial skills for young women and girls with a focus on the situation of young women.6) Online APP developmentThis is an extended activity throughout the entire project timeline. It aims to produce the intellectual output of the project which is an educationnal app in youth work context.

The project proposal was born with the aim of enhancing the cooperation among Spain, Palestine, Italy and Tunisia favouring the empowerment of girls and young women in the Mediterranean area, to enhance their capacity of leading their equal participation in society through the development of young women in three dimensions : personal and private as a human, entrepreneurial and professional for their career development and civic as active citizen , in different languages .
<< Background >> The project proposal was born with the aim of enhancing the cooperation among Spain, Palestine, Italy and Tunisia favouring the empowerment of girls and young women in the Mediterranean area, to enhance their capacity of leading their equal participation in society through the development of young women in three dimensions : personal and private as a human, entrepreneurial and professional for their career development and civic as active citizen , in different languages . << Objectives >> -to empower young women with transversal competences which favour their personal and professional growth, enhancing their possibility to contribute to the development of the society.-to create and test an educational programme based on NFE methodology that foresees 3 main phases << Implementation >> We have implemented both online and offline activities/meetings that were designed in order to guarantee a good flow between the 2 learning patterns in a way that incites youth to reflect more on how to use and adjust technology tools to learn and share knowledge with peers who don’t have easy mobility possibilities. The project activities took part in different locations in order to guarantee an active involvement of partners. << Results >> The project has resulted:-A training course that gathered 28 youth workers from 4 countries -1 educational plateforme that was created in collaboration between all partners. ( https://www.girlpower-tn.com) - 7 local initiatives facilitated by the participants from each of the partner countries with divers topics according to each group’s local and national priorities.- 3 Capacity building meetings organized.
