Objectives

The main objective was the development of skills for 40 expert staff trainers, employed at the employer's organization and at the member units through the mobilities carried out in the 2 partner countries. Key objectives: - improving the key competences and skills of at least 40 trainers in the flour products sector to contribute to the strengthening of social cohesion and to promote the consumption of safe flour products by achieving mobility for educational purposes. - the realization of 2 partnerships in order to improve the quality, excellence and internationalization of the employers' organization by intensifying transnational cooperation between professional training providers, economic agents from Romania, Germany and Italy. - the knowledge, acquisition and dissemination at national level of the good practices of manufacturing, distribution and consumption of flour products through modern processes of education and continuous training of the participants in the project. Realization of a strategy for the application of good practices identified as functional in the partner countries, for Romania.

Background

The purpose for which this project was applied was to strengthen the Rompan employers' organization both nationally and internationally in terms of the form of organization and representation as well as the level of professional training of the members' trainers, specialists in the field of the bakery milling industry and flour products. Although at the time of drafting the project, several needs of the sector were identified, the project was designed only to solve two of the identified needs: improving the skills of the association's staff instructors in order to produce quality flour products and the need to come to the aid of pollution through an information regarding the consumption of flour products depending on the nutritional characteristics. In addition, we wanted to create new partnerships with entities from other countries that would lead to the development of skills and abilities of Romanian specialists based on exchanges of experience and best practices with partners with experience and expertise in the field.
